Farm Details: Our coffee is sourced from FESICH, a cooperative founded in 2016, representing over 1,500 producers in the Jaltenango region of Chiapas, Mexico. The unique and complex cup profile is a result of the diverse landscape and elevations, with coffee grown on hillsides intermixed with native plants and fruit-bearing trees.
